They search for the work nearby. Gutters, pavers, a tree, a floor. The site is built for that trade and that area.

They call or fill out the form

The number on the site is the one they call. The form asks what they need done. It is not a directory of competing businesses.

You get it right away

A text arrives with tap-to-call. An email arrives with their name, number, and the job. If they call, your phone rings and a short message says it is a lead from the site, the call is recorded, and you press 1 to connect.
