The Lead Sites is a small network of local service websites. We build each site for a single trade in a single market — gutters in Morgantown, pavers in Charles County — optimize it to rank, and connect it with one local provider who handles the work.
What we do
We design, develop, and maintain the websites. Each one is a fast, mobile-friendly resource focused on a specific local service, written to be genuinely useful to homeowners researching that work and structured so search engines and AI answer engines can read it cleanly.
How it works
A homeowner finds the site, reads about the service, and submits a request. That request goes to the single local provider we've partnered with for that market. We don't perform the services ourselves, and the sites are not directories — each one connects a local audience with one local provider.
One provider per market
Every site in the network is paired with exactly one local provider in its area. We don't list competing businesses, and we don't reuse the same name, number, or address across sites — each site keeps its own distinct local identity.
